PRODUCTION PROCESS
8 STAGES FOR THE
PRODUCTION OF FORNITURE
Our plant in Verano Brianza houses the production line for Terraneo ready-to-assemble furniture, made strictly in Italy and produced with an avant-garde, energy saving manufacturing system.

Production of particle-board panels
We select the best-quality wood offcuts, sourced from a range of local recycling plants, to make panels of more than 18 mm thick

Melamine paper coating
We select patterns with a strong visual impact. Wood, fabric and stone effects, as well as contemporary patterns, which guarantee our furniture a modern design

Panel cutting
We process large panels coated with melamine paper with a panel saw, which makes extremely precise cuts

Sealing and bordering
Our avant-garde machinery allows us to bond the edge and the surface of the panel with a level of precision that makes it look like a single piece

Drilling the panels
As always using innovative machines, chosen in accordance with the model to be produced, precise holes are drilled to enable the furniture to be assembled

Packaging the furniture
In order to guarantee the utmost protection, we wrap the furniture in heat-shrink film that ensures the items do not shift, and we use corner protections to absorb any shocks

Transportation to the logistics warehouse
The finished furniture is taken to our logistics warehouse, where it is stored according to product code so it can be easily identified

Order preparation and shipping
The products to be shipped are loaded onto pallets that are covered with heat-shrink film, ready to be delivered to clients or retail outlets
